For many people, contacting a therapist for the first time can be a bit of a heart-pounding, nerve-wracking event.
So, let me reassure you about a couple of things.
First, I am happy to answer your questions. You’re not bothering me. It’s perfectly normal to have some questions that need to be answered before you can make a decision.
Second, a phone consultation does not obligate you to anything. Therapy is a form of health care, and your best interest is always the highest priority. A sales pitch or pressure would be completely inappropriate.
During this inquiry phase, my goal is for you to get the information you need, so you can make a decision that fits for you and your life.
"Allow yourself to be a beginner.
No one starts off being excellent."

One of the best ways to get your questions answered is to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. The phone consultation will give us both a better idea of whether I might be a good fit for you.
